Ms. Excel muncul "There was a problem sending the command to the program"

Hai blogger mania, kali ini saya akan membahas salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi dalam Microsoft Excel 2007.

Kejadiannya bermula dari saya membuka file microsoft excel saya, lalu muncul kolom dengan tulisan "There was a problem sending the command to the program." Tapi ketika saya buka excel yang kosong langsung dari shortcutnya itu, bisa. Nah saya bingung apa yang terjadi pada excel saya? Lalu saya scan and fix lah isi-isi dalam laptop saya. Tapi tidak ada pengaruhnya juga. Tapi ketika muncul peringatan tersebut, terlihat kolom excel yang masih terbuka. Saya drag & drop sajalah file saya ke dalam excel yang kosong (tidak ada sheet) itu. Dan bisa.

Tapi tetap saja peringatan itu menganggu saya ketika saya membuka file-file excel saya, lalu saya googlinglah mencari solusinya. Alhasil, ditemukanlah solusinya. Dan inilah solusinya :

1. Buka Microsoft Excel 2007

2. Arakhan pada menu pojok kiri atas(logo Windows) Klik pada "Excel Option"

3. Pada kolom sebelah kiri pilih "Advanced"

4. Pada kolom sebelah kanan cari didalam "General" untuk pilihan "Ignore other application that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE)", dan hilangkan centang didalam kotak

5. Klik OK, kemudian coba buka file excel langsung dari windows explorer

The first thing to check is to make sure that the file extensions are correctly associated with Word.

1. Click Start > type or copy following command to the Search box

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\winword.exe" /unregserver

2. You should then, immediately, use the following command:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\winword.exe" /regserver

Re-associate the Word file manually:

Please go to Start \Control Panel\Programs\Default Programs\Set Associations.

Locate the files .doc, .docm,.docx, .dot, .dotm, check if there are associated with Microsoft Word. If not, highlight the file and click the Change Program button. Choose Microsoft Word from the list. If you are unable to see Microsoft Word from the list, click the Browse button. Browse to the folder: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12, and choose WINWORD.EXE.

Click OK to save the settings.
